For agencies House of Stories takes care of the account and project management, selects and directs the project team and oversees all the creative, technical and project requirements. With its many years of experience at many different agencies, House of Stories can also manage internal operations.
For clients House of Stories manages the audiovisual and interactive components of communication projects. This includes consultancy on which media and technology to use as well as creative solutions, budget allocation and managing of agencies and other third parties during a project.

With all his experience as a producer/project manager, Stefan Ruissen can do more than just prepare a schedule or budget calculation. He can initiate and manage all creative and production processes of audiovisual and interactive projects. His skills and expertise include:
Development
-Determine project scope and create (de)briefing
-Manage the script writing process
-Manage development of interaction and functional design for websites
-Prepare budget calculations for all media projects
-Produce the design document for (online) games
-Schedule film and interactive projects
-Organize castings
-Assemble, direct and brief the project team
-Prepare a film shoot on location or in the studio
-Oversee research and documentary development
-Take care of contracts and rights clearance
Production
-Work with film (16mm/35mm), standard or high definition video
-Shoot for green/ blue screen
-Photography
-Filming on location and in the studio
-Experience with both drama and documentary film
-International film and photo shoots
Post-production
-Experience with 3D and 2D animation projects
-Supervise both HD and SD post-production and visual effects processes
-Knowledge of all major web building techniques (html, flash, css, xml, ajax, javascript)
-Arrange distribution on DVD, CD, tape, web, etc
-Arrange internal and event presentations
-Encoding video for all platforms
-Manage the design and production of art-work
-Voice-over casting and recording
