At AkzoNobel the first project I took on was improving the digital channels of the Annual Report (mainly website and app) and managing the delivery as well as the activation of the 2015 and 2016 reports. The objectives that I set were: improving user journey, user experience, develop a metrics framework, and improve content presentation on all (mobile) devices.
The result was a substantial growth in number of visitors and pageviews. Honors and awards: ReportWatch #1 Annual Report 2016
In record time AkzoNobel developped a new "Digital Workplace". On behalve of Global Communications I joined the intranet development team as product owner, focussing on user experience, content presentation and the news functionality. For the news content creation and publication, I developed a new process and the ways of working.
