At Danone Early Life Nutrition I was responsible for the preparation, and global roll-out of a digital marketing technology platform based on Adobe Marketing Cloud, to several key countries. The objective of the program is to bring marketing automation and overall digital capabilities to the next level.

As part of the global team, and together with the agency and the first countries, I worked on detailing and fine-tuning the program, the processes, budgets and team setup.
