As Program Manager with the global online marketing team I coordinated a pilot around an integrated advocacy marketing program, that was being developed together with Philips UK and the Boston Consulting Group. Part of the assignment was preparing it for a future roll-out to other markets and capturing all the relevant knowledge and learnings.
In addition to the advocacy marketing pilot I worked on a new augmented reality driven shaving and grooming app for Philips. The app can give you shaving and grooming advice and show you photo-realistic previews of different beard styles directly on your face. It is an IOS and Android app for which I managed the production and (technical) integration of all content (video, photo and copy) in a content manager/ producer role, including localizations and managing the agencies.
After that the shopper marketing team approached me if I could support them with a slate of projects all related to the beauty category (haricare, skincare and hair removal). These projects could be anything from shopper marketing strategy development to the roll-out of marketing and pos materials to the markets. I helped them to create and improve the overview and processes for managing these projects. In addition I took care of the project management of some of the larger and more complex projects.
